Go on a Wednesday, order a pizza from neighboring Grimaldi’s and have it delivered to your barstool. Enjoy the Brooklyn-style pie with a Trappist ale brewed by monks in the mountains of Belgium, or a Cigar City Maduro Brown brewed in the wilds of Tampa. The snowbirds are gone but the beer is still here.
