Non-Profit Donation Request

Bell Tower Shops is committed to providing local support to various non-profit organizations within our community.  We receive hundreds of requests each year and make every attempt to provide support to as many organizations as we can. Please take a moment to complete the Donation Request Form and submit to our office for consideration.

•Requests must be received at least 60 days prior to date needed and are subject to review and approval by Bell Tower Shops Management.  All donations request approvals will be notified via email.

•The event, fundraiser, or program must serve the local community.

•Only one request per organization per year. Past support does not guarantee future support.

•Please be advised that Bell Tower Shops strictly adheres to a No Solicitation Policy on property. Please refrain from contacting any Bell Tower Shops merchants directly.

•Because of the volume of donation requests we receive, requests are not guaranteed.

•Please allow Bell Tower Shops 30 days for review and approval.

•We do not make cash donations, all donations are in the form of BTS Black Cards or prepared BTS gift baskets.
